Because VeloGO is a Private Membership Association, your personal information is protected within our private domain. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or broker member personal data to third-party ad networks, data aggregators, or external commercial platforms.

2. Location Data & Geofence Telemetry

GPS telemetry is collected solely during active dispatches to match rides, provide turn-by-turn navigation, calculate distance and ETA, and enforce mandatory safety geofencing (such as verifying that a driver is within 100 yards of the designated pickup location before logging arrival or no-show wait-times).

3. HIPAA & NEMT Medical Privacy

For Non-Emergency Medical Transport (NEMT) trips, all health-related transit information (appointment timing, escort requirements, wheelchair transfer accommodations, and healthcare provider destinations) is treated with strict HIPAA-aligned confidentiality. Only certified drivers bound by non-disclosure and safety standards receive dispatch-specific trip requirements.

4. Paxton AI Chat & Support Privacy

Interactions with Paxton AI on the marketing front-end and within the mobile app are encrypted. Public site chats never reveal personal account records without verified member authentication. Member conversations escalated to human staff are accessible solely by authorized Pax Velo safety representatives.

5. Secure Payment Processing

Payment processing and card storage are securely handled through PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateways (Stripe). Pax Velo does not store raw credit card numbers or sensitive banking credentials on internal web servers.
